Experience without a one-size-fits-all approach

Alicia has more than 30 years of counseling experience. Her work draws from psychoanalytic, cognitive, behavioral, spiritual, and strength-based approaches. That means your sessions may include practical coping tools, a closer look at patterns from your past, and support building on the strengths you already have.

You will not receive a script or a generic treatment plan. Alicia takes the time to understand your experiences, your concerns, and what you want to change.

Meet Alicia

A gentle heads up

What happens during the first session?

Your first appointment is a conversation. Alicia will ask what brought you to therapy, what has been happening in your life, and what you hope will feel different. You will also have time to ask questions and decide whether the relationship feels like the right fit.

You do not need to arrive with everything figured out.

What clients say

Rated 4.8 out of 5 by clients on Thervo

I felt very comfortable working with Alicia, as I felt as if she understood everything I am going through very well. I learned to talk about my feelings as opposed to swallowing them with alcohol. I would recommend Ms. Frank in a heartbeat to anyone seeking a positive outcome.

Ms. Frank, who is my therapist, is very helpful to me, as she is keenly aware of the dynamics that take place within us and between us.
Timothy W.
